The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and the governing law is the local UAE law. Any disputes arising in connection with this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

We do not trade with or provide any services to OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.

Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on this website.

Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.

Purchases

The Allure Dubai accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Local and international bank transfers
  • Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards

We also offer interest-free installment payments through Tabby and Tamara, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 equal payments with no interest.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Customers have 1 day from receiving the item(s) to report any issues related to:

  • Defective materials or fabric
  • Incorrect size or measurement (error from The Allure)

Please note:

  • Exchanges are only allowed in the cases mentioned above
  • No returns or exchanges for other reasons

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) to be canceled

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Kindly allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

We deliver worldwide, primarily within the GCC region. Shipping is handled by third-party courier services.

  • UAE delivery: Within 2 working days
  • International delivery: 2–4 working days

Shipping Fees:

  • Free delivery within the UAE
  • International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location
